New hardness test facility

Due to be installed early June 2011, Rojac's new foam hardness test machine gives the ability to accurately measure the hardness of PU foam mouldings and provide detailed reports and graphical analysis of this data. The machine has the ability to measure both Force and Extension and will be installed in our new temperature controlled inspection area. Foam hardness test machine The new hardness test machine is designed to test both rigid and flexible foam materials. It includes specialised test fixtures and software that have been specifically developed to comply with the relevant international standards. These include systems for tensile, compression, shear, tear, indentation hardness etc.
