The UK operation based in Liverpool has run a successful condition monitoring reliability program for several years. RJW support the site’s CM & lubrication program by providing analysis and reporting of the CM data collected at site level. The site has various assets that are hard to reach or located in hazardous environments. RJW suggested OPTIME as a solution that would alleviate the need to place staff or contractors in hazardous conditions to collect data. OPTIME could also collect regular data from assets that are in hard-to-reach places which usually get missed or forgotten.
