Double station shuttle 6 kW CE rated HF welder is used for sealing blister packages made of PVC and PET-G. The machine has two (2) sliding work tables allowing for quick loading and unloading of blister packs by one or two operators. With the use of a special tolling (welding-cutting electrode) very nice and durable seal of any shape and size can be done in just a few seconds. The RF welder is simple and easy to use. It has programmable PLC and fast antiflash unit and it can be equipped with optional top heated platen. This type machines are working mostly in general packaging, medical equipment, office supply and promotional items industries.
