New ZD4N foot welder with auto-tuning facility and impulse welding system The machine has:- 4 kw generator Full CE regulation European build Auto-tuning of output power Operator touch screen interface with programs for tooling settings Impulse unit for welding some non PVC welding materials The machine has been designed to operate in all welding areas and industries. The advantage of the auto-tuning facility is the power can be set to a level which is automatically controlled by the PLC. This means that if the power is set at 1.0 amp this will remain the same in the morning, lunch and afternoon. Normally machinery with out this system requires manual adjustments through out the day. This could lead to in-correct welded products.
