Next course will take place on Friday 12th September 2025. Our Advanced Stain Removal Course is probably the most popular, and well received, course we have offered over the years. It is not your usual stain removal course! The course is taken by Dave Altomstone and he will demonstrate his tricks and tips for the removal of stains. This includes the use of our new Restore UVA Light, for removing urine and turmeric/curry, the use of a solvent gun for removing ink from delicate fabrics and, not forgetting, the use of a weed burner to restore a damaged rug back to pristine condition (not to be missed!!). While Dave will demonstrate the use of branded products (such as Oxy Spotter and Alltec's stain removers/reducers), he also uses non-branded products and, as such, there is no manufacturer-led bias. Dave also carries out protection work for carpet/rug manufacturers as well as for high high-end clients. He will demonstrate the correct procedure for the application of carpet/fabric protectors to obtain the best result possible. This course ties in extremely well with Dave's Dye course and, if booked at the same time as the Dye course, the cost of the Advanced Stain Removal course is discounted to £120 + VAT.
