Railway Walk, Penarth, Cardiff

We recently installed 725m² of porous resin bound surfacing. This was part of an initiative to provide high quality paths in order to improve conditions not only for walking but for cycling around the town of Penarth in Cardiff. Most part of the disused railway line was transformed using a porous Terrabound resin bound surfacing which is able to provide walkers and cyclists a smooth, seamless pathway using natural aggregates. The work was completed in just 2 and a half days so that there was minimal disruption to the path's users and the result went into an attractive, hard wearing, low maintenance, porous surface which is easily accessible for walkers and cyclists all year round.
