Cygnus Gas Field Development – GDF Suez:

The 4600 tonne Cygnus accommodation module is now en route to the Cygnus gas field, located 150 kilometres off the Lincolnshire coast, fully equipped with Caisson guides, etc., rubber-lined by the Regal Rubber Lochgelly plant.

Regal Rubber were contracted by BiFab Ltd., to rubber-line all of the Caisson guides on the module and to fit-out the switch- room floor with British Standard electrical rubber safety matting. The gas field where this module will be located is operated by GDF SUEZ E&P UK Ltd (part of the ENGIE Group) and all Regal Rubber product supplied against this contract was subject to their stringent inspection standards.
