Regal Rubber completes the rubber lining of 356 J-tube guides for the Beatrice wind-farm project!

Regal Rubber, Lochgelly recently completed the rubber lining of 356 J-tube guides for Burntisland Fabrications Ltd (BiFab). The guides have already been fitted to 26 jackets which are destined for this major off-shore wind-farm in the outer Moray Firth.

​​​​​​​The J-tube guides were lined with Regal Rubber’s seawater grade neoprene with a 20mm thick ribbed-rubber construction and chemically bonded using our hot vulcanisation process.

The lining contract was completed on time and to the full satisfaction of BiFab and the main contractor, Seaway Heavy Lifting Ltd (SHL).
