Refcoolsuccessfully won a competitive tender from a large international group company for their in-house plastic injection moulding facility which was relocating to a brand new facility.
Refcool was tasked with supplying new cooling equipment in addition to the design and installation of a twin circuit ABS pipework distribution system.
The large distribution system comprised 3 diameter mains on each circuit with 3 x 2 branches serving around 30 machines of varying capacities Some existing equipment from the old site was transferred across to the new site and in addition Refcoolsupplied a new high efficiency dry-air blast cooler for the hydraulic cooling circuit and a new packaged chiller.
Refcoolsupplied, delivered and successfully installed all the equipment and commissioned the system within an agreed tight time frame.?
