Here at Rayda we are proud of our reputation for high quality and offering great service. So how do we ensure we continue to provide this to our customers? Maintaining the quality of our products is one of the driving factors of our business, so the processes which we have put into place to achieve this are very important. ISO Accreditation We are extremely proud of our ISO9001 accreditation, which we have held since 2003. This is audited and awarded by the OMS annually and we have maintained it every year. Additionally, we are also audited on a six-month basis by the British Board of Agrément, further cementing our quality standards. These accreditations are down to our processes and the experience of our team. Combined, our management team hold 50 years of experience within plastic extrusion and our tooling design engineer holds 35 years’ experience himself. We are also very proud of our low staff turnover which ensures that the people working on in our factory have a high level of familiarity with products, machinery and process. This is further improved by the ongoing in-house training and regular external courses provided by specialist companies. Our quality-control controllers have been with Rayda for seven years given them a wealth of in-house experience to do their jobs to the highest standards. Nearly all our products are hand packed, so rejects are quickly identified and removed. Finally, we are dedicated to listening to our customers, ensuring we learn exactly what they are looking for and producing a product that meets these standards. Our annual customer feedback surveys allow us to see how we are performing and give us the pride and motivation needed to continually improve the quality and service we provide.
