The various techniques available from Raque Food Systems prevent sauce or toppings from reaching the edge of the pizza shell while maintaining an even distribution of product. Our Piston Fillers can be supplied with specialized dispensing valves for applying sauce evenly, leaving the shell’s edge clean. Our Topping Units can incorporate targeting funnels that place the toppings onto the areas of the pizza desired.
