Galvanised Perforated Sheet

All splitter and side liners are assembled from high quality galvanised sheet and fitted with non- combustible rock fibres bonded with a high performance binder. All surfaces are lined with a glass fibre tissue to prevent particle erosion then enclosed with a galvanised perforated sheet secured in place with rivets. The completed splitter forms a robust section and adds to the overall strength of the casing when rivetted in place. Splitters are also available with melinex lining for special application. All splitters come fitted with Vee fairing or Bull leading edge to help minimise air pressure loss. Standard silencers come with vertical splitters but can be used in the horizontal providing the span of the splitter is no wider than 1200mm. Air flow direction labels are provided on all rectangular silencers to assist installation.
