This 1-day EUSR Category 3, 4 & 5 Refresher Course is designed for delegates who already hold a valid EUSR Category 3–5 qualification and require renewal of their registration. The programme reinforces practical competency in the installation, inspection and removal of temporary trench support systems — including timber, steel and proprietary shoring, while ensuring up-to-date knowledge of excavation safety legislation and best practice guidance. Training is delivered by experienced instructors through a combination of focused classroom updates and live-dig practical retraining, aligned with HSG47, HSG150, BS 5975, and National Occupational Standards. This refresher ensures workers maintain safe and compliant working practices when dealing with ground instability, excavation hazards, and temporary works requirements.
