Vishays’ Dual diode Shottky Modules are rated from 200 to 440 Amps and are optimized for low reverse leakage at high temperatures. Available as either Common anode, common cathode or a two diode doubler circuit these shottky diode modules are suited to high current switching power supplies, plating power supplies, UPS systems, converters,freewheeling diodes, welding, and reverse battery protection applications
