Standard Recovery Diodes from SEMIKRON are rated from 20A up to 400A with voltages ranging from 400V up to 3000V (VRRM ) These diodes are available as either anode or cathode stud and feature glass – metal hermetic seal. Typical applications include controllable and non-controllable rectifiers and freewheeling diode.
