Fast Recovery Diodes from SEMIKRON are rated from 17A up to 140A with voltages ranging from 400V up to 1700V (VRRM) These diodes are available as either anode or cathode stud and feature glass – metal hermetic seal. Typical applications include controllable and non-controllable rectifiers and freewheeling diode.
