Grades produced: BR, NDR, SBR, SSBR, PBR, EPDM, Butyl, Halobutyl and Recycled Rubber The baler press can also be designed according to your workplace height restrictions, with bale dimension changes also catered for. Depending on your preferences, we can also implement ancillary equipment, including electronic weighscales designed to prevent crumb loss and increase bale weight accuracy. The resistance head is also offered as a spring loaded wedge type, 2-position or 3-position parallel type, the latter featuring built-in chutes. The baler’s hydraulic power unit delivers fast speed at low pressure and on reaching the required baling pressure retains consistency during dwell or consolidation time at low motor load. Its electrical control has also been developed to feature diagnostics, data transfer to a central control and a screen at the control panel. This can display production rates, cycle times, alarms and many other features. Linear transducers are also incorporated into the hydraulic cylinders to allow accurate positional control and smoother operation.
