Perancea can usually turn around low cost vacuum formed prototypes within a few days, so you can evaluate the part and the material quickly.

Perancea vacuum forms ABS (including flame retardant grades), PVC, HIPS, CAB and polycarbonate. Parts go up to 1950 x 1450 x 425mm deep, with corner radii down to 2.5mm and moulding tolerances within +/-0.5mm. Colours include clear, black and white.
