Injection mould tooling costs a fortune and takes weeks. Perancea's vacuum formed enclosures give an engineering quality housing without the crippling tooling bill.

Perancea vacuum forms ABS (including flame retardant grades), PVC, HIPS, CAB and polycarbonate. Parts go up to 1950 x 1450 x 425mm deep, with corner radii down to 2.5mm and moulding tolerances within +/-0.5mm. Colours include clear, black and white.
