Peerless-Assigns has highlighted the differences between three shelf bracket styles in its retail merchandising range, helping retailers choose fittings that complement the appearance of their display systems.
The brackets are manufactured from 3mm mild steel, offered in a choice of finishes and designed to fit all uprights in the Peerless range. This compatibility allows the bracket profile to be considered alongside the wider store design, while retaining flexibility within the merchandising system.
Linear brackets feature a radius at the leading edge and a trailing rear section. According to Peerless-Assigns, this creates a softer appearance than the rectangular alternative, making the profile an option where a less angular look is preferred.
Rectangular brackets use a squared-off design for a strong, defined aesthetic. The company describes them as less bulky overall than its Linear range and highlights their suitability for larger square or rectangular Surface Uprights, including the SU.50 and SU.54.
Curved brackets have curved blades that work particularly well with the SU.92 and SU.96 Elliptical Uprights. They can also be paired with other uprights in the range to introduce a more distinctive shape to the display.
The comparison underlines how smaller components contribute to a coordinated retail interior. Choosing between linear, rectangular and curved profiles gives retailers and shopfitters scope to align shelving details with the surrounding fixtures and the visual character of the space.
Peerless-Assigns supplies graphic display and merchandising solutions for retail environments, including uprights, shelving, rails and associated accessories. Further information about the shelf bracket range is available from the company.
