The Lincat Lynx Bain Marie 2x2.75ltr Wet Containers LBMW contains two 2.75 litre containers that is perfect for holding sauces, soups, gravy and pre-cooked foods for up to two hours at serving temperature. This bain marie features adjustable heat control and, simply by removing the tank, wet heat models can be operated with dry heat. A bain marie is an essential part of any commercial kitchen and can be used in the front or back of house.  This bain marie comes supplied with 100mm deep stainless steel ¼ GN "Super Pan II" containers with lids.
