What is IOSS? Import One Stop Shop What does it mean to me? In the EU taxes and duties are now collected on all goods coming into the EU regardless of value. When IOSS is offered it means VAT and any duty is paid and collected at your countries local rate for orders, including shipping charges, upto the value of 150 euros, at the point of order. IOSS helps streamline shipments through customs minimising delivery times. It also avoids you having to pay your local disbursment charge, which can be as high as 20euros, a fixed fee charged by the delivery company for processing the VAT and any duty on your behalf. OVERTEK now provides IOSS to customers in the EU.
