OKW has expanded its RAILTEC B range of DIN rail enclosures with the introduction of a new panel version featuring pluggable front and side panels.
The new RAILTEC BP M22 model is designed to accommodate plug headers (up to 1 or 2 x 16-pin, 5.08 mm, fixed or pluggable), making it an excellent choice for various applications, particularly for individual DIN-rail-mounted measuring and control devices.
These enclosures are quick and easy to mount on TH35 rails. They are offered with three different side panel options: closed, or ventilated on one or both sides. The closed side panels are suitable for plug headers or additional connections such as USB ports.
Measuring 95 x 23 x 113 mm, the enclosures conform to standard industrial dimensions, ensuring compatibility and interchangeability with other housings. They are moulded from light grey (RAL 7035) polycarbonate (PC), rated UL 94 V-0 for flame resistance.
Each enclosure is supplied as a complete kit, including two case shells, two side panels, a front panel, and two locking clips. The minimum order quantity is 10 units or in multiples of 10.
Optional accessories include plug headers, replacement front and side panels, and a transparent hinged cover to protect controls, connectors and displays on the front.
OKW also offers full customisation of RAILTEC B enclosures, with services such as CNC machining, printing and laser marking.
