Our advances into Investment Casting are excelling with the recent confirmation of the supply of pressure tight vessels for a UK Valve manufacturer . The products start from 10” bores weighting 120kg down to ½” bores weighing 0.5kg. The products will all go through the prototyping process with controls on metallurgy with the use of spectrometers to independent identification from suppliers accredited to ISO 9001:2008 with machining and pressure testing as part of the full supplied service. When production starts valves in varying sizes will be stored in our warehouses to enable the customer the ability to supply product fast. The customer wanted a UK supplier with UK a manufacturing facility , but with options of low cost for future production batches.
