Barry Hayward our Managing Director has recently reached the very respectable age of 70 years with an incredible 54 years of that time as a foundryman. He enjoys the daily challenges that are part of everyday life in the foundry and insists that retirement is not an option at the moment, but possible reduction of hours is ?? He is pictured here with Jayne Smart who presented him with a whisky decanter embossed with the Novacast logo, paid for from a collection by all staff. He continues to be an inspiration to us all.
