Arbothane 1245 is a one-part polyurethane sealant supplied in 600cc sachets for gun application. It cures when exposed to atmospheric moisture, forming a firm but flexible rubber seal with good durability and abrasion resistance.
The product is particularly suitable for applications such as sea walls and trafficked floor joints where a fast-curing, one-part sealant is required. Its non-biodegradable formulation makes it suitable for demanding environments where long-term performance is important.
Arbothane 1245 is not recommended for lightweight cladding joints, very heavily trafficked areas or applications directly against natural stone.
