Niftylift's Learning and Development team was shortlisted for the STEM Award at the Milton Keynes Education Awards 2026, recognising the company's work to support science, technology, engineering and mathematics education.
Niftylift invests in apprenticeships, trainee development and structured training programmes while also supporting STEM activities within the wider Milton Keynes community.
Initiatives such as the RC Nifty Schools competition give young people practical experience of engineering, with Niftylift apprentices also taking part to develop their own leadership and communication skills while promoting engineering careers.
