Newmont Engineering has the capability to provide a complete manufacturing or gear cut only service. We are equipped with accurate CNC machining and gear grinding machinery to offer the manufacture of fine pitch gears in the form of spur gears, helical gears, internal gears, external gears, gear rack and pinions and worm gears; specialising in crowned splines. Newmont have CNC shaping and hobbing machines and the ability to produce gear and pulley parts on CNC sliding head machines. We have 22 gear cutting machines supported by a wealth of tooling including cutters, broaches, gauges and master gears. Our parts are manufactured using a range of high quality steel types like Tool, Stainless and EN24 along with non-ferrous types like Aluminium, Brass and Phosphorous Bronze.
