New Linpic Machine In Blackburn

The Linpic machine in Blackburn is a newly installed vertical storage and retrieval system, with 98 storage levels that can hold parts with a maximum width of 2950 mm and depth of 500 mm. It is 3450 mm wide and an impressive 8490 mm tall. This gives a total cubic metre storage capacity of 46.76 m³ and a 9,000 kg payload capacity. The Linpic is a computer controlled storage system adding automation to our picking process. This investment has increased both our picking capacity and our ability to quickly prepare orders for our customers. The Linpic can store over 60000 parts ready to be picked for immediate dispatch.
