Initial contact “I was initially contacted by Hotel Insure in 2014 by one of their Account Executives and whilst the quote they offered was indeed competitive, for various reasons we did not utilise their services last year. I recently had a query regarding the leasing of computer equipment and the necessary insurance cover; it was handled promptly by the staff who informed all relevant parties with no further involvement required from myself. Recommendation I highly recommend Hotel Insure as they have a good understanding of the hospitality industry and the incidents that can occur, be them accidental or malicious, involving staff and guests alike. After explaining the key elements of my business and the concerns I had regarding the current policy and broker, Hotel Insure ably sourced a suitable insurer with a long history of working with similar businesses thus the experience and know-how to deal with all risks - in addition a more agreeable premium for a business of our standing was arranged. I have no hesitation in suggesting that the owners will be more than happy to continue the relationship with Hotel Insure once the current policy comes to its natural expiration.”
