PFC Modules

DIPPFC is a new type of active converter that combines a rectifying function and a PFC (Power Factor Correction) function in order to suppress the current harmonics in an inverter's power supply and improve the power factor. It delivers package miniaturization by transfer molding and reduces power loss with a low-power loss IBGT. A compact and optimized high-function inverter system can also be built using the package the same size as our DIPIPM
