Intelligent Power Modules

Containing a built-in dedicated drive circuit to extract more performance from the IGBT chip, IPM (Intelligent Power Module) is a high-function module with a dedicated IC for self-protection functions (for over-current, undervoltage of control power supply and over-heating). We have continued to develop a variety of new IPM series in line with the evolution of the IGBT chip. The "L Series" delivers loss reduction, thanks to the built-in CSTBT, and miniaturized packaging, while the "L1 Series" and "V1 Series" boast improved characteristics. The lineup also includes the "S1 Series", which is the successor to the "S-DASH SERVO Series".
