Insulated Beam & Block

Milbank Floors can now offer a new insulated flooring system MILBANK TETRiS enabling builders to comply with the demanding requirements of Part L1 of the New Building Regulations. This system combines MILBANKPS Floor beams and TETRiS® Insulation Blocks, achieving U-values of 0.25W/m²K or greater for domestic dwellings and concrete infill blocks are virtually eliminated. This form of construction is accepted by the NHBC and has been rigorously tested by BRE Certification Ltd .
