The tail of the hoppers fit externally over a 110mm pipe – we recommend using solvent weld to make the joint . It is good practice to ensure that any pipes that are being introduced into the hopper head are brought below the level of the grid. This is achieved by cutting a circular hole in the hopper grid. The top section of any gully grid should be at least 150mm below the damp proof course level.
