Examples of recent scopes of supply include: Faster Silicone Rubber Coating Meltech’s innovative approach uses an infra-red oven to heat and cure silicone rubber in a fraction of the time taken using a traditional salt bath. At 12 metres long this solution is also significantly shorter than the traditional 100 metre salt bath, reducing the space needed for coating operations. Fire Retardant Jacketing Line Meltech's fire retardant jacketing line uses our own proprietary SZ stranding technology, designed to simplify the process by putting the strander in line with the extruder, reducing two processes to one. Continuous Rotary Extrusion Our sister company, Meltech-CRE offers complete CRE lines which enable the production of high quality copper, aluminium and alloy profiles, both solid and hollow for a wide range of applications
