The Microtec diffuse illuminator provides shadow free illumination. It incorporates a ring of 120 LEDs, which reflect onto a white dome. This provides completely shadow free incident illumination. The internal diameter of the reflector is 60mm. This enables it to be readily attached to most stereomicroscopes.
