Dry Granulation

The quality of granules produced by Roller Compaction is directly linked to the quality of the blended powder that it is fed, so a key requirement is to deliver material without blend segregation. The Matcon IBC system is especially suited to this application thanks to the unique Cone Valve technology within each IBC which creates mass-flow discharge, delivering an automatic feed of blended product without de-mixing. The assurance that product will be reliably discharged allows QbD (Quality by Design) to be achieved, even with more sticky materials like Metformin.
