Mezzanine Goods Lift with Roller Shutter Door

Mezzanine Goods Lift fitted with roller shutter door installed Saffron Walden Essex 500kg capacity with a platform size 2300mm x 1300mm guarded 1100mm high on back (Mast) and one short side. Mezzanine goods lift will pass through a pre prepared aperture and installed in a 110mm pit by others. Goods lift supplied with the following; platform material anti-skid checker plate, operation electro-hydraulic, electrics 3 phase, 415v, 50Hz, 3Kw, controls low voltage ‘press to go’ push buttons fitted with key lock and emergency stop at each level. Shoot bolts are fitted to the underside of the platform and when the platform is dock in the upper level these will engage into the main ring beam of the support structure making it safe to walk on the platform. Goods lift finished Light Grey (RAL 9006) Dark Grey (RAL 7016) with a lift speed 6cm / per sec. Safety In compliance with E.C rules (Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC). Along with the lift platform a self-supporting lift structure, manufactured from box section steel with 25mm² galvanised mesh infill sides and single side-hinged loading gate at the Upper level. The gate at the upper level is fitted with a heavy duty interfaced lock system to ensure that the loading gate can only operate in conjunction with the lift controls and the lift will be prevented from operating if a loading gate on any level is not fully closed. The landing gates/frame will finish at the top floor with a clear gate opening height of 1,500mm. The bottom landing gate will be a high speed roller shutter door allowing for an opening of 2100mm high x 2300mm clear wide standard powder coated door no fire protection.
