Goods Lift Kettering 500kg 3 tier hydraulic Goods Lift same side loading unloading with a single mast installed Kettering Northamptonshire. Goods Lift with finished floor levels 0- 4941mm - 9591mm and a platform size 1500mm x 1500mm fitted with 1100mm high infilled panels on the non-loading sides and twin opening interlocked gates finished in Traffic Red RAL 3020. At the moment the mezzanine floor is only built as a single tier with the option of the second floor being added at a later date, for this project we supplied and installed 3 lifts. A self-supporting lift structure manufactured from 150mm x 150mm box section steel with clad infilled panels Grey RAL 7024. Goods lift fitted with 2000mm high double loading gates cladded with Perspex viewing panels at each level and these are fitted with interlock system to ensure that the loading gates can only operate in conjunction with the lift controls and the lift will be prevented from operating if loading gates on any level are not fully closed. The overall height of the upper level structure is 2310mm. Goods lift fitted with safety shoot bolts allowing for the operator to enter the lift platform safely while the lift is docked at the upper levels, the shoot bolts also eliminates any flex in the platform during loading and unloading. “Press to Go” one touch controls with emergency stop at all 3 levels fitted as standard. At the lower level a fixed ramp 1250mm long x 1580mm wide will be provided to assist loading on to the 120mm deep platform finished Red RAL 3020 To prevent damage from pallet trucks and fork lift trucks the power pack and hydraulic system is in enclosed in a lockable steel cabinet size D500mm x L500mm x H1300mm. Electrics 3 phase, 400v, 4Kw control voltage 24 volt IP55.
