Goods Lift Huddersfield Single column1500kg pit installed hydraulic Goods Lift with FFL 6889mm installed Leeds Road, Huddersfield, West Yorkshire for Arch Timber Protection Ltd. The Goods Lift has a 90°loading orientation, platform size 1660mm x 1660mm fitted with 1100mm high infilled panels on the non-loading sides with twin interlocking gates finished Red RAL 3020. Entry at lower level is by forklift truck so a hybrid roller shutter 2500mm high is fitted to allow the forklift better access when loading the lift platform. At the upper level the customer has in place a lifting beam to allow the transport of FIBC (Flexible Intermediate Bulk Container) bulk storage bags from the platform. The goods lift is a self-supporting structure manufactured from 120mm x 120mm box section with clad infilled panels Grey RAL 7024 and the overall height of the upper level structure is 2500mm. Goods lift fitted with safety shoot bolts which allow for the operator to enter the lift platform safely while the lift is docked at the upper level, the shoot bolts also eliminates any distortion in the platform during loading and unloading. “Press to Go” one touch controls with emergency stop at all entrances and levels fitted as standard. To prevent damage from pallet trucks and forklift trucks the power pack and hydraulic system is in enclosed in a lockable steel cabinet size D500mm x L500mm x H1300mm. Electrics 3 phase, 400v, 5.5Kw control voltage 24V IP55.
