Heavy Duty Goods Lift Bedford 2 x 5000kg pit installed 4 post Heavy Duty Goods Lifts with a FFL 7950mm installed Wixam, Bedford. Goods Lift has a platform size is 4000mm x 4500mm fitted with an enclosed mesh cabin to a height 2500mm and twin platform gates which are fully interlocked with the external hybrid roller shutter doors. The self-supporting lift structure is manufactured from 200mm x 200mm box section steel with clad infilled panels. Goods lift fitted with 2500mm high hybrid roller shutter doors and these are fitted with interlock system to ensure that the platform gates can only operate in conjunction with the lift controls and the lift will be prevented from operating if platform gates on any level are not fully closed. The overall height of the upper level structure is 2890mm. Goods lift fitted with safety shoot bolts which allows for the operator to enter the lift platform safely while the lift is docked at the upper level, the shoot bolts also eliminates any flex in the platform during loading and unloading. “Press to Go” one touch controls with emergency stop at both levels fitted as standard. To prevent damage from pallet trucks and fork lift trucks the power pack and hydraulic system is in enclosed in a lockable steel cabinet size D500mm x L1000mm x H1300mm. Electrics 3 phase, 400v, 22Kw control voltage 24 volt IP55. Lift painted RAL 7024 / RAL 3020.
