Mezzanine Goods Lifts Worcestershire Heavy duty goods lift recessed in a 150mm pit (by others) with 1500kg SWL capacity, platform anti-skid checker plate with a clear working platform size 1500mm x 1500mm. Shoot bolts are fitted to the underside of the platform and these lock the platform into the main ring beam of the support structure making the platform ridged and safe for personnel to walk / operate on at upper level. Finished floor level height 4755mm. Controls are Low voltage ‘Press to Go’ push buttons fitted with key lock and emergency stop at each level, power supply 3 phase, 415v, 50Hz, 3Kw. Goods Lift is finished Light Grey (RAL 9006) Dark Grey (RAL 7016) with support structure painted black. Lift speed 6cm / per sec. Supplied with a fully self-supporting lift structure, manufactured from 100mm box section steel without mesh cladding – due to the nature of the business client is having the lift cladded hygienic white wall panelling construction. The gates are fitted with a heavy duty interfaced lock system to ensure that the loading gates can only operate in conjunction with the lift controls and the lift will be prevented from operating if a loading gate on any level is not fully closed. Upper level guarding finishes 1500mm above floor level.
