250kg Three Stop Mezzanine Goods Lift for Bryant Broadcast, Croydon. Mezzanine Goods Lift, with maximum working load 250kg, fully enclosed in a self supporting mesh shaft. The Goods Lift will have three stops; ground, first tier mezzanine and second tier mezzanine. At each level the entrance to the lift will be via 2000mm clear high gates fitted with electrical interlocks which will prevent the gates from being opened unless the platform is docked at the appropriate level. The platform will be confirmed once the structural opening has been created, but this is estimated to be 1000mm x 800mm, up to 1000mm x 1000mm if possible. The platform will be guarded to suit the loading direction. A small ramp will be provided at the ground floor to assist loading on to the 50mm deep platform. A 20 amp, 240 volt, single-phase supply is required terminated in a double pole switch at the lower level. Control is via a push to run control station close to this supply point at ground level, with control stations by the gates at both other levels. Lift speed is approximately 0.5m/s.
