Heavy Duty Goods Lift 1000kg with a clear working platform size1500mm x 1500mm having a travel of 4420mm. Lift is surface mount and supplied with a run on checker plated ramp. Controls are Low voltage ‘press to go’ push buttons fitted with key lock and emergency stop at each level, power supply 3 phase, 415v, 50Hz, 3Kw. The lift incorporates shoot bolts these are positioned underneath the lift platform and engage into the main ring beam of the support structure when the lift docks at the upper level allowing personnel to walk on the platform safely. Goods Lift finished in Light Grey (RAL 9006) Dark Grey (RAL 7016) support structure Black. Travel speed 6.0 cm/sec. Goods Lift supplied with a fully self-supporting, lift structure manufactured from 100mm box section steel with 50mm² galvanised mesh infill sides and 2 loading gates, ground, and level 1. These gates are fitted with a heavy duty interfaced lock system to ensure that the loading gates can only operate in conjunction with the lift controls and the lift will be prevented from operating if a loading gate on any level is not fully closed. Upper level guarding finished at 1500mm option for higher 2200mm.
