In 2001 Top patented a highly innovative PLC-controlled bar feeder adjustment system that cuts out long change over times. This is available on the X-files and Fusion models only. Top has 7 models available, each model is available with different options, single level, multi level, bundle/forklift loading. We can also offer some models up to 6100mm bar length. X-Files - Bar diameter range 10-100mm change bar diameter in 90 seconds. Fusion - Bar diameter range 6-52mm change bar diameter in 90 seconds. Beta - bar diameter 6-52mm. Record - bar diameter 6-45mm. Matrix - bar diameter 3-32mm. Magic - bar diameter 8-110mm - Short barfeeder. Return - bar diameter 10-50mmmm - Unloading of parts from the sub-spindle.
