September 2019 Round Up

Following the August Summer Shutdown September proved to be a busy month at Macalloy. Below is a snapshot of some of our recently won projects: Brasov Bridge Repair in Romania A selection of our Carbon 1030 Post Tensioning bar in 32 & 36mm. The Paediatric Hospice in Bologna Italy This soon to be built Children’s Hospice has our Galvanised Tension Bars in M48 & M56 diameter. Toronto Union Station Canada Macalloy have designed a bespoke pinset for this project in super duplex. Academy Museum of Motion Pictures in Los Angeles California The new building will include Macalloy M10 Stainless Tension Rods. Tango Summit Ranch in L.A. Incorporates our M24 Galvanised Tension Rods. Microsoft Silicon Valley Campus USA. We are suppling two products from our tension structures range on this project. Including 22mm diameter stainless cables and M24 galvanised tension rods. Ken Rosewall Tennis Stadium in Sydney Australia Macalloy have supplied the components for twenty four M76 Compression Struts, with adjustable ends, and spherical bearings. Canopy at Treasure Island Hotel in Macau Incorporates our M100 Galvanised Tension Bars Bridge Svratka Czech Republic Our M42 Galvanised Tension Bars have been used in this bridge construction Folehaven Bridge Denmark Macalloy M85 Galvanised Tension Bars have been supplied for use on this bicycle and pedestrian stayed bridge Altahullion Wind Farm, Co Derry Our 36mm 1030 Post Tensioning Bar are being installed to hold a number of wind turbines down. Moxy Hotel – Edinburgh Galvanised Tension Bars in M42 & M36 have been used in the roof structure of this hotel Weymouth Harbour Wall – UK Macalloy M64 Tie Bar was specified on this harbour wall strengthening project. Fosse Park – Leicester Retail Park in England Macalloy Stainless M24 & M16 Tension Bars have been used in the new food court area. Chelsea Barracks London UK Macalloy 1030 Bar, Nuts, Washers and Plates was used in the Tower Crane Grillage during construction of the new complex at Chelsea.
