Lund Halsey has proved attentive and very professional from day one. We got a dedicated contact and were well followed up throughout the process. We had a number of custom requests which were all received with enthusiasm and willingness to resolve. There was not a single wish was impossible to deliver and Lund Halsey delivered exactly what agreed upon. Technical drawings were provided for each step as the design process progressed along with high-quality 3D renders. We were invited to Lund Halsey for a closer look at the available consoles and solutions before we started the final design process. Our contact had set us up for the day and went through the solutions that exist, and showed us the factory and the production process. The consoles build quality was very high and the different solutions we requested work exactly the way we want. The consoles were very easy to put together and arrived with a professional assembly video we were given answers to any questions regarding the assembly. Our Lund Halsey contact was always available and set aside time when we needed it. We never got a feeling of being No. 2 in the queue. We were well followed up throughout the process. In regards to responsiveness, we received a mail within minutes from phone calls and with updated drawings when needed. We are certainly looking forward to using Lund Halsey on future projects and we have and will continue to recommend Lund Halsey to other companies. We gave Lund Halsey a very short deadline for production, packing and shipping, due to the start date for our productions from this region. Early morning on the agreed delivery date, the trucks were ready for delivery outside our premises in Oslo. All goods were professionally packaged in large crates with the contents arriving in perfect condition and very well protected. We have also received a great follow-up after delivery which has included additional orders. In other words, we are very pleased with the whole process, the delivery, the finished product and the post-sale follow-up. We are very pleased to recommend Lund Halsey.
