After a quick phone call, a site visit was undertaken and a quotation prepared within a very short time period. Our bespoke design request was fully understood and the turnaround time from order to installation was incredibly tight. Lund Halsey understood our needs and met that challenge every step of the way. Extensive communication from Lund Halsey throughout has been the major key to the successfulness of this project. Before we placed an order we asked Lund Halsey if they could allow us to view a recent installation at another one of their Customers. This was arranged without hesitation. After this visit, we were confident that the piece of furniture we were going to get would be perfect in terms of finish and quality. Upon delivery and after final installation it was clear Lund Halsey hadn’t failed to deliver their promise. We definitely plan to use them again in other areas of our test facilities and without doubt, would give them a wholehearted 10 out of 10 recommendation.
