Lorien is competent to act as CDM Designer, CDM Coordinator and CDM Principal Contractor. The majority of projects we handle in the UK fall within the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007. Since CDM was introduced in 1995, clients have relied upon the experience and competence of Lorien to play a leading role in the safe design and construction of projects.Our CDM Coordinators are experienced in the large and complex projects often to be found in our chosen business sectors. We are accredited by independent bodies, and have received numerous awards - demonstrating our commitment to construction safety.
