The replacement pager for the long standing SP4 staff pager will be here in 2026 and it offers a number of enhancements over and above any competitive products.
While the SP4 pager has been around for years and is in use throughout the UK, it's time to create an upgraded model that is compatible with the older device but offers new technology for customers.
The SP4 had literally over 100 components and an Ni-Mh (Nickel Metal Hydride) battery and worked extremely well for servers, runners and waiters in the restaurant, pub and bar and hospitality sectors.
But the new Vibe pager for 2026 is a completely different story.
For example, this pager has substantially fewer components that increase reliability greatly. The technology is now digital compared to the older analogue SP4.
And the all important battery is now Lithium-ion that does not have to be on charge when not in use, and can retain its power for months if not on charge. The operation time is increased too.
There are many other features but those are not yet released so do check with LRS UK about availability because there is sure to be a big demand for this brand new VIBE staff pager.
